My commute from Brooklyn crosses three boroughs on two train lines. The commute would be awful without music. However, there times when I like nothing more than to listen to a good podcast, and there are some good ones this week.

  • This Week in Tech: Host Leo Laporte is joined by Jason Calacanis, Ryan Block, and Loren Feldman. Topics cover this week’s TechCrunch50, Dr. Horrible’s Emmy, gadget theft, iPod Nano, Facebook, Skype, and more. And if you haven’t heard of Lauren Feldmen visit 1938 Media. His coverage of the tech industry is not only refreshing and unique, but highly entertaining. podcast Download from iTunes.
  • The A-List: Join host Jennifer Lindsay and special guest Loic Le Meur, entrepreneur, blogger, and founder of Seesmic and LeWeb, in a discussion about advertising, PR and marketing, and personal communities. And if you haven’t visited Loic’s bog be sure to check it out. He’s as real and genuine as they come. Download from iTunes.
  • MediaHacks: Regular co-hosts Chris Brogan and Julien Smith join C.C. Chapman and Christopher S. Penn to discus their new book Trust Agents, social capitol, and more. podcast Download from iTunes.
  • This Week in Law:  Hosts Denise Howell, Ernie Svenson, Evan Brown, and Colette Vogele discuss Twitter’s new TOS, Lori Drew MySpace case, RIAA vs. P2Pers, Google book settlement, and more. Following a brief break TWiL is back! podcast Download from iTunes.
