When it Comes to Social Media, Does Apple’s Success Provide a Counterintuitive Reality Check?

I absolutely enjoy following online discussion and debate. Egos certainly come into play, thus the entertainment value, while valid points are positioned on both sides of the fence. So I was pleasantly surprised today to see Neville Hobson and Paul Seaman engage in an online debate about social media, its use, and the impact on “old world” business. As a precursor to the debate, it’s worth reading the comments thread between Seaman and Hobson on Hobson’s corporate omerta blog post.
