Wendy Seltzer, a Fellow at the Harvard Berkman Center, joined Howard Greenstein from Supernova Hub to discuss patents and policy, law in the Network Age, and a project called the Chilling Effects Clearinghouse.
ChillingEffects.org: Chilling Effects aims to help you understand the protections that the First Amendment and intellectual property laws give to your online activities. The project invites recipients and senders of cease and desist notices to send them to a central point for analysis, and to browse the website for background information and explanation of the laws they are charged with violating or enforcing.
