  • Forrester: Josh Bernoff and Forrester, Groundswell Awards — I love the diversity.
  • Wired: AP doesn’t know its protection tech doesn’t protect.
  • Financial Times: Apple joins forces with record labels. The title is a bit sensational but an interesting approach in the age of digital music.
  • Conversation Agent: Listening, for a change.
  • Nieman Lab: The Times should focus on niches, not Silver and Gold. Great quote. The pitch for Gold “with NYT Gold, you won’t just read the Times, you’ll experience it.”
  • Amazon: If you missed it, an apology from Jeff Bezos (Amazon). Really quite amazing note to Amazon consumers.
  • TED Talks: Gordon Brown (Prime Minister of the United Kingdom) on wiring a web for global good. A highly relevant, and at times somber TED talk about the power of a globally connected community and the impact on social good.
  • Kevin Kelly: 1,000 True Fans.
