John Kao is the founder of the consulting firm Kao & Company working with a range of private and public sector clients on a global basis helping organizations to clarify and generate ways of communicating its desired future state to a variety of constituents, designing an innovation strategy, and supporting the efforts of innovation teams. He is also the founder and chairman of The Institute for Large Scale Innovation (ILSI) a non-profit organization founded, in part, to support of the emergence of best stewardship models for developing global innovation capability.
